Sprocket Positioning
The sprockets must be positioned according to the belt openings, as shown below.
- Drive shaft: place the first sprocket at the third opening from each belt edge. Position the remaining drive sprockets at equally spaced odd-numbered openings.
- Idler shaft: place the first sprocket at the second opening from each belt edge. Position the remaining idler sprockets at equally spaced even-numbered openings.
- Maintain symmetrical spacing across the belt width whenever possible.
